Summary | 0003081: File time is different from System Time to 1 Hour
Description | Far 3.0 displays file time incorrectly. If I create new text file in F4-editor and close this file, I see on panel file creation time, that is greater than real current system local time, and the difference is 1 hour. My Local Time Zone is 10 hours from UTC, and Summer Time switch is ABSENT (This is RUSSIA!). But the FAR seems to add to all directory file times 11 hours ( as if the Summer Time in Russia was set ON ), i.e. FAR adds additional 1 hour to all file times.
Steps To Reproduce | Create any file in FAR and look at its time. It will be greate to 1 hour, than the current local system time.
