Summary | 0003398: Files total size formatting does not use group separators
Description | For example the total size reads like "53785" or "1613 M". While the files sizes are formatted like "8.945" and "17.192 K". I do like the rounding though. So switching Panel.ShowBytes on does not quite work for me. It would be nice to be able to control this format in the same way as for files sizes columns. (i.e. max width + 'T' for 1000 i/o 1024, 'E' for no space, etc.) Otherwise the option for showing total / free sizes in bytes could be made more discoverable (e.g. with an extra checkbox in the Panel settings). P.S. Strangely, different approach is used for rounding total size and free size. The total size of "38.262.268.148" (= 35.6345 GB) is formatted as "36 G". While the free size of "32.389.214.208" (= 30.1648 GB) is formatted as "30,16 G". I would expect these two to be consistent.
