Steps To Reproduce	Create folder with dot at end and press right mouse button or key "menu". Folder name can be Russian or English, same error.

HaRT 2024-02-12 21:43 reporter bugnote:0017518	The same for a file whose name ends with the period character. Interestingly, Windows 10 Explorer does show the context menu for such items, although it can do little with them otherwise.
